Prior to Founding VS Geospatial Technologies, Sunil Malla had worked with known companies, He brings with him 17 years of experience. Had always been a core member in these companies and was always able to create a unique place and identity during his tenure. He was part of the Management team at the time of leaving. Sunil has lead and managed bigger Utility and GIS projects for Tier 1 Companies of the world. Remained always near to top management team where he performed activities starting from Effort estimation, Change Management RFP Responses, Rule Base creation, Workshops & Trainings to new customers on onshore.
Has also have got Project Management experience from onshore with some of the companies like “ Thunder bay Canada, Sasktel Saskatchewan Canada, SItessa /Telefonica- Spain Europe, Swisscom –Switzer Land, Qater Telecom- Doha Middle East, ADCO- Abudhabi- UAE.
Sunil also worked as CEO at Geogrand consultancy services for one year from June 2010 till June 2011; Later on Sunil felt it to launch his own company where he would explore himself without any boundation/Limitations as much as possible.
Being the Leader of the Organisation Sunil is focussing on the following areas to establish the organization in this competitive market.
As an owner of the company Sunil does have the ambition of company and drive required to stay at the front line of the evolutionary chain to create a unique identity and place in the Industry where VS Can deliver irreplaceable Solution and Services for valuable partners across the globe.
He is open to create new business tie ups with companies where the gaps observed can be filled in order to achieve new dimensions in the continuously evolving technological arena.
Prior to Founding VS Geospatial Technologies, Vijay worked with some known companies in past .He also brings 17 years of experience with himself. Had always been a core member in the previous companies and was always able to create a unique place and identity. Vijay was also part of the Management team. He always proved and managed the projects with best utilization of manpower in terms of Quality and Efficiency. Vijay has lead and managed bigger Utility and GIS projects for Tier 1 Companies of the world. He holds the responsibilities of activities like Project Management/Project Consulting which include Effort estimation, RFP Responses Change Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation. Etc.
After working 14 years with Sunil , Vijay decided to join him in the adventure of launching the Dream “VS Geospatial Technologies” by joining him as a partner and holding the chair of Director & Founder.
Besides being the director of the organisation Vijay is leading the Operations division where he keeps a close eye on the day to day functioning of the division. He always believes the PDCA methodology and follows the same approach in any new POC or Project. He has a well defined process and mechanism which does becomes the root cause for the success of the project. Vijay is working on the budgeting of every project.
Vijay does work on the latest techniques (including corrective actions and Preventive actions) to make the project success both financially and technically and always pays stress on the Software Development at every required step. Vijay does have experienced and knowledge which brings the understanding & Approach to the every member of the team.
Prior to Joining VS Geospatial Technologies as a Technical Lead, Sudhanshu worked with InfoTech Enterprises and INCA Informatics Ltd.
Sudhanshu was associated with InfoTech Enterprises for about 2 years. After Joining INCA in GIS /Telecom Division sudhanshu created his unique place in the team with his analytical skills. He always remained a core member in the delivery/analysis and Quality Control team. He was coordinating with QA at Client site in order to reduce the gaps and train the production people to eliminate the project risks.
Sudhanshu is looking after technical aspect of any project in order to create process methodology, usage of correct technology, making technology easier to understand for the operation team in order to get the optimum utilization of resources. This division is responsible for Quality assurance of deliverable prior it is delivered to target client.
Sudhanshu is also supporting Presales and Sales Team in terms of Demonstrations, Effort estimation, Budgeting and Client Coordination.
Prior to Joining VS Geospatial Technologies as a Business Consultant Bhaskar has worked with renowned companies like InfoTech Enterprises and INCA Informatics Ltd.
Bhaskar was associated with InfoTech Enterprises for about 2 years. After Joining INCA in GIS /Telecom Division Bhaskar created his unique place in the team managing and Productivity Management. He always remained a core member in the delivery/analysis. He was coordinating with QA team in order to reduce the gaps and train the production people to eliminate the project risks.
Bhaskar is looking after Business Development to acquire new customers/new clients. He is also providing his consultancy in the operation department in order to achieve productivity taking the Quality parameters into account.
